A History of Excellence

Agave Medical Staffing began in 1962 under the name of B&B Employment as the first staffing service in the nation to provide temporary workers to the Property Management Industry. Since that time other agencies have entered that field but none has been as successful or as enduring as Agave Medical. We have been owned and operated since 1983 by Paul Smith, President, who leads and inspires our organization with consistent high standards of enthusiasm and integrity. Under Mr. Smith's guidance we have grown and expanded our company into all phases of full-service staffing, prompting our name change to Agave Medical Staffing in 2006. Our commitment is, and always has been, to provide the highest quality of service and satisfaction to both our valued clients and associates. Doing anything exceptionally well requires commitment and perseverance, which Mr. Smith has demonstrated. The results of such efforts are those things that enjoy high regard and stand the test of time. We are driven to create exceptional service - anything less would not be worth the effort.
